Everyone can view the reservation calendar and anyone can become a user for free. read how... Once you sign up, you are a user of course. Each facility will set its own Pros, Admins and Members. Some clubs may not require membership to make a reservation. You do however need to be a registered user.

HOW DO I?

Each process is in easy to do steps. Some steps have extra elaboration.

TABLE OF CONTENTS

SIGN UP / REGISTER

  1. Make sure that you are logged out.
  2. Click 'Register'.
  3. Fill out your information.
  4. Click Register

LOG IN / SIGN IN

  1. Click 'Login'.
  2. Enter your user name or email and password. Click 'Log In'.

FORGOTTEN PASSWORD OR USER NAME

  1. Click 'Login'.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Click 'Forgot Something?'
  4. The entered email address will be emailed the user name and password.

APPLYING FOR MEMBERSHIP
Not all facilities require a membership to make reservations. However, being a registered user is required. Even if you are a member of the facility offline, because of everyone's unique and personalized user name, the facility may not know your user name.

  1. Make sure that you are already logged in.
  2. Click 'Reservations' if you are not already in the Reservation Calendar section.
  3. Click the 'Membership Request' button.
  4. A membership will either be approved or denied by a facility Pro or Admin.
  5. You will be emailed a response.

PRINT THE SCHEDULE
Anyone, even non users can print the time sheet.

  1. Click 'Reservations' if you are not already in the Reservation Calendar section.
  2. Find a date from the calendar that you would like to print.
  3. Click 'Print'. It will take you to a generated file for you to easily print out.

EDIT YOUR PERSONAL / USER INFORMATION
Whether you want to edit your personal / user information, change your password, change reservation confirmations or change reservation reminders; it can all be done inside the Your Account section.

  1. Make sure that you are logged in.
  2. Click 'Your Account'.

MAKE / BOOK / SCHEDULE A RESERVATION
There are many ways to make a reservation, the first way requires a minimum of 2 clicks.

  1. Make sure that you are logged in.
  2. Click 'Reservations' if you are not already in the Reservation Calendar section.
  3. Find a date from the calendar. You cannot reserve a date in the past or on a date the facility is closed.
  4. Click a cell on the data grid. You will need to select a cell in the column of the court that is also the row of the time you want. This first click will set the start time and set the finish time for the minimum reserve time for the facility.
  5. If you need to schedule a longer minimum time, make a second click on the data grid.
  6. Click 'Make Reservation'. The system will confirm your reservation or tell you if there is a problem.

Here is the alternate way to make a reservation.

  1. Make sure that you are logged in.
  2. Click 'Reservations' if you are not already in the Reservation Calendar section.
  3. Find a date from the calendar. You cannot reserve a date in the past or on a date the facility is closed.
  4. Use the 'courts' drop down menu to select the court.
  5. Use the 'from' drop down menu to select a start time.
  6. Use the 'to' drop down menu to select a finish time.
  7. Click 'Make Reservation'. The system will confirm your reservation or tell you if there is a problem.

MAKE / BOOK / SCHEDULE CONSECUTIVE Reservation Calendar
To make consecutive reservations, you must have Pro or Admin access to the facility. There are many ways to make a reservation, the first way requires a minimum of 3 clicks.

  1. Make sure that you are logged in and have Admin or Pro access to the facility.
  2. Click 'Reservations' if you are not already in the Reservation Calendar section.
  3. Find a date from the calendar. You cannot reserve a date in the past or on a date the facility is closed.
  4. Click a cell on the data grid. You will need to select a cell in the column of the court that is also the row of the time you want. This first click will set the start time and set the finish time for the minimum reserve time for the facility.
  5. If you need to schedule a longer minimum time, make a second click on the data grid.
  6. Use the 'consecutive' drop down menu to select days / Sundays / Mondays / and so on.
  7. Enter the amount of consecutive days you want.
  8. Click 'Make Reservation'. The system will confirm your reservation or tell you if there is a problem.

MAKE A RESERVATION OCCOUR INFINETELY
To make consecutive reservations, you must have Pro or Admin access to the facility. There are many ways to make a reservation, the first way requires a minimum of 3 clicks.

  1. Make sure that you are logged in and have Admin or Pro access to the facility.
  2. Click 'Reservations' if you are not already in the Reservation Calendar section.
  3. Find a date from the calendar. You cannot reserve a date in the past or on a date the facility is closed.
  4. Click a cell on the data grid. You will need to select a cell in the column of the court that is also the row of the time you want. This first click will set the start time and set the finish time for the minimum reserve time for the facility.
  5. If you need to schedule a longer minimum time, make a second click on the data grid.
  6. Use the 'consecutive' drop down menu to select 'daily permanent' or 'weekly permanent.'.
  7. Click 'Make Reservation'. The system will confirm your reservation or tell you if there is a problem.

CANCEL A RESERVATION
If you are a user, member or a pro, you can cancel any of your own reservations. If you are an admin, you can cancel any reservation with the facility and an email will automatically be sent to the user to inform them. There are 2 easy ways to do this:

  1. Make sure that you are logged in.
  2. Click 'Reservations' if you are not already in the Reservation Calendar section.
  3. Click 'Cancel a Reservation'.
  4. Click the data entry on data grid that shows all of the reservations.
  5. Click 'Cancel Reservation'.

OR

  1. Make sure that you are logged in.
  2. Click 'Reservations' if you are not already in the Reservation Calendar section.
  3. Click one of your own reservations and a box will pop up that asks if you want to cancel the reservation.
  4. Click 'Yes.'
  5. Pros and Admins can cancel any reservation for their facility.

EDIT FACILITY INFORMATION
You need to have Admin access to the facility.

  1. Make sure that you are logged in and have Admin access to the facility.
  2. Click 'Your Facility'.

CHANGE IF THE FACILITY ALLOWS CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 24 HOURS
You need to have Admin access to the facility.

  1. Make sure that you are logged in and have Admin access to the facility.
  2. Click 'Your Facility'.
  3. Toward the middle you will see 'Allow cancellations'
  4. There are a few different choices (0 hours, 1 day, 24 hours, 2 days)
  5. Remember to save your changes!

EDIT PRIVILEGES (ADD OR REMOVE ADMINS, PROS, MEMBERS AND BAN USERS)
You need to have Admin access to the facility.

  1. Make sure that you are logged in and have Admin access to the facility.
  2. Click 'Edit Privileges'.
  3. Enter a user name
  4. Use the drop box to apply the specific privilege.

You can also select a name from either list of Admins and Pros to make the name automatically appear in the user name field for easy removal. When you make a user an admin, pro or member, they will receive an email notification.

MAKE AN EVENT
You need to have Admin access to the facility.

  1. Make sure that you are logged in and have Admin access to the facility.
  2. Click 'Reservation Calendar'.
  3. Select a date, time and court as you normally would, but when you are done, click 'Make Event.'
  4. A box will pop up for the name and how many attendees there will be. Keep the number at 0 if the attendees are limitless.
  5. Click 'Set Event' to save it.

SIGN UP OR DROP OUT OF AN EVENT
You will need to have Member, Pro or Admin access to the facility.

  1. Make sure that you are logged in and have Member, Pro or Admin access to the facility.
  2. Click 'Reservation Calendar'.
  3. Find an event on the calendar grid. You will see 'Event: X' X will be the name of the event.
  4. Click on that cell of the grid.
  5. Click Sign Up to be added to the list or Drop Out to be removed.
  6. If there are more sign ups than people allowed at the event, the overflow will be on a waiting list, just incase someone drops out.

EDIT COURTS (PLACES / FIELDS / PAVILLIONS)
You need to have Admin access to the facility.

  1. Make sure that you are logged in and have Admin access to the facility.
  2. Click 'Your Courts'.
  3. You will only be able to edit the courts and not add or remove.

DOES THIS SAVE COOKIES?
Yes, just one. Do you need the cookie? No. It is so you do not have to constantly type in your user name and password. The cookie lasts 30 days.

HOW DO I GAIN ADMIN OR PRO ACCESS?
Whoever has Admin access for the facility can grant the access.

WHAT EMAIL ADDRESS WILL EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS COME FROM?
Each facility has its own email address that can be changed by the Admin.

Yes, if you are an Admin, log in and visit the 'Your Facility' section.

WHY CAN'T I BOOK ON A WALKUP?
Because you walk up to the court and if it is open, then you get it.

MY IP ADDRESS HAS BEEN BLOCKED
Chances are that it was blocked for security reasons and you are not allowed back into the system. This was the decision of MyReserver.com's safety team. You can still ask your pro to make a reservation on your behalf.
